What an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional customer service. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure that we had everything we needed. The setting was beautiful and peaceful, with private cottages and a great pool area. We loved the fact that the lodge offered a variety of well-chosen excursions, such as the Sandoval Lake tour and the Parrots Clay Lick. The guides were passionate about their work and provided incredible experiences. Another advantage was the delicious and varied food provided throughout our stay.
While the cottages were rustic, they were fully enclosed, clean, and comfortable. However, we did encounter a few critters in our cabin.

The cabin was cozy and had a great view from its deck area with hammocks. The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the swimming pool was a refreshing way to cool off after exploring the jungle.
The WiFi connection was a bit weak at times, but that's understandable considering the remote location.
